This Privacy Notice was developed by Fowl Play Entertainment (we, our, or us) and applies to visitors to our websites (http://pigeonhitsquad.com and https://petsinthefamily.com), and users of our mobile software applications and website services (collectively “Services”).  This notice describes how personal information is collected, used and disclosed.

We collect personal information to operate effectively, and to provide you the best experiences with our Services.

a. From your submissions

In order to use our Services, you may be asked to provide personal information to register an account, such as name, contact details, password, and other information that helps us verify that you are accessing your own account, etc.

We may request that you give us access to your photos.  If you do not grant us that permission, than certain features of our Services may not function.

b. From third-parties

In order to provide you with our Services, we may obtain personal information from third-party service providers to verify and confirm the information you have submitted.

c. From your browser or device

Certain information is collected from most browsers or automatically from your device, such as your Media Access Control (MAC) address, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system name and version, device manufacturer and model, language, Internet browser type and version and the name and version of the services (such as the application) you are using. We use this information to ensure that the Services function properly.

d. From pixel tags and other similar technologies

Pixel tags (also known as web beacons and clear GIFs) may be used in connection with some services to, among other things, track the actions of users of the services (including email recipients), measure the success of our marketing campaigns and compile statistics about usage of the services and response rates.

e. From cookies

Our websites use cookies.  Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit.

Google Analytics collects standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns.  We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, and how visitors are directed to the site. This information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone.

We currently do not sell your personal information to third-parties.

We are committed to processing your information in a way compatible with this notice. However, we may use your information for unanticipated purposes not disclosed in this notice.  If so, we will be respectful of your privacy concerns.

This Privacy Notice does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information or other practices of any third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the services link. The inclusion of a link on the services does not imply endorsement of the linked site or service by us or by our affiliates.

a. Payment information

If you purchase in-game virtual currency or virtual items, our third-party payment processor (Apple or Google) will collect the billing and financial information it needs to process your charges. This may include your postal address, e-mail address and financial information. We do not collect or store your financial information.

Our payment providers may share non-financial information with us related to your purchases, like your name, and the items purchased in order to fulfill your order.

Our Terms of Service explain our policies and terms relevant to our charges, billing practices, third-party credits and virtual currencies. Please note that purchases of in-game virtual currency or virtual items may also be subject to third-party policies.

We seek to use reasonable organizational, technical and administrative measures to protect your personal information.

For example, our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes, known vulnerabilities, and malware in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.  Additionally, your personal information is stored in an encrypted form.

No data transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be 100% secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), please immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the “Contacting Us” section below.

We will retain your personal information for the length of time required for the specific purpose or purposes for which it was collected, which are set out in this Privacy Notice, plus an additional twelve (12) months, which allows you to resume use of our Services without loss of data.

Additionally, we may be obliged to store some data for a longer time, for example, where required by applicable laws. In this case, we will ensure that your personal information will continue to be treated in accordance with this Privacy Notice.

a. Direct Marketing

If you no longer want to receive marketing-related emails from us on a going-forward basis, you may opt-out of receiving these marketing-related emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any such message or by sending us an email to the email address given in the “Contacting Us” section. We will try to comply with your request(s) as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note that if you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related emails from us, we may still send you important administrative messages.  You cannot opt-out from receiving administrative messages.

b. Cookies

If you do not want information collected through the use of cookies, most browsers allow you to automatically decline cookies, or be given the choice of declining or accepting the transfer to your computer of a particular cookie (or cookies) from a particular website. Information about the procedure you are required to follow in order to disable cookies can be found on your Internet browser provider’s website via your help screen. Please be aware that if cookies are disabled not all features of the Services may operate as intended.

c. Do Not Track signals

Our Services do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

We do not market to children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. Children under 13 should not use our Services at any time. If we learn that we have gathered personal information from a person under 13, we will take reasonable measures to promptly remove that information from our records.

When we update this Privacy Notice, we will revise the Effective Date at top of the notice. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised notice. Your use of our Services following these changes means that you accept the revised Privacy Notice.
